I think even thin product would reduce buzzing noise if a particular piece was buzzing. I applied 1/8? thick foil product on the transmission tunnel under the car and it reduced heat coming through...

If the car has OEM radiator, I strongly recommend replacing with a high quality all aluminum radiator. Plastic tank on the passenger side of OEM radiator typically fail around 80,000. Had it happen...

I suggest that you check the fuel pressure at the fuel rail before the ignition key is turned and after the motor dies after starting. Fuel pump may be fine but the command it's getting from the ECM...
