Just found out that the left side wheels are bent/out of round. :( Explains why the previous tire shop couldn't balance out a vibration. Don't recall running over anything or hitting a curb.

If the water temp spiked and the engine started making noises, yes it would be to late because there was no oil being circulated. But as long as oil was getting circulated the temps remained normal....

I've been using the NAPA filter and Mobil1 oil. At the next chage I'm going to try the Bosch filter and switch to AMSOil as recommended by Marc Haibeck.

Been to BG a couple of times, but have not attended 'The Gathering' (yet!). Travel plans for 2009 have already been made so will miss it in '09.

Will be trekking there with the NCC in September...
