Default Clutch time

What are the opinions of the lords of Z as to clutch preference?

Stock,
Centerforce,
Spec,
Beck?
other?

The throwout bearing will need to be changed in mine, and I'm guessing that I will just change the clutch while I'm at it.

Oh, and add an aluminum flywheel and put the hurst shifter in at the same time.

You don't need anything wild or exotic. There are guys with stroker motors running around on the stock set up.

You should still be able to get the stock LUK pressure plate assembly from either Bill B www.zfdoc.com or go and talk to Tom @ Carolina Clutch.

I talked to Bill a day ago. He recommended going with Carolina Clutch.

No problem, Ken. I used jack stands (up pretty high) and
removed my trans when I had to get a new one from Bill B.
Warning- the trans is surprisingly heavy. A Bit*h to lower,
and a Bit*h to maneuver to re-install. And be careful with
the pilot bearing/rear engine seal.
