Cam Cover Stuck
I got all the bolts out of my cam cover but it still will not budge. I have spent quite a while hitting the edges with a rubber mallet and still no luck. Is there any tricks to this? The car has 100,000 miles and I doubt the covers have been off before.
Thanks, Scott |

Re: Cam Cover Stuck
Got them off, turns out there are a couple spots where you can carefully pry them upwards.

Re: Cam Cover Stuck
Good to hear you got it off. Remember, their not just valve covers, their cam bearings too. So be careful how you handle them. If your sending them to a powder coater make sure they know that too and protect the cam bearing areas during their process.
