i wonder does the 90 door have the sound deadening of the later cars .could that be the improvement, the sound deadening gives the door a more solid feel when you close it

having the fan on temps adjusted is well worth the cost of the prom upgrade . i dont care what some say i never have liked coollant temps in the 230 range and never will.

dom, i use the ngks that are for the 93-95 cars and gap accordingly, they dont seem to loosen like the gasketed plugs . i just torque them to 20 ft lbs and call it good

part of the reason we have this problem is we pull the door closed from the top alot,instead of useing the handle in the middle of the panel . i had this problem with my 90 and noticed how i closed...

rick ,just use some good lock tite . remeber to not over tq them as it can mess up the seals on the tranny and rear end 59 ft lbs on the rear end and 37 on the tranny
