Re: Paul Dehnert has passed away.

For Sale: New 402 Crank

Re: Cam Cover Sealant

Black goes with any color. Just don't paint your engine black. It gets lost in there if you do. Also, some hot tips for you when painting (or powder coating) is to get bits done that you see such as...

Re: Cam Cover Sealant

I'm just finishing a yellow engine and it looks killer. It has taken over as my newest favorite engine color if it goes with the car.

Re: LT5 INTERNAL NOISE

Anyone who has heard a rod bearing go should be able to tell you. Many times when one goes you will hear a high pitched squeel as the bearing rotates around the crank. Otherwise, you will hear a low...

Re: cam timing

I did a thing on cam timing a few years ago. Depending on year, it can move dramatically. Early models (375 hp) with one flat on the venier can swing easily 6 degrees either way. Later models with...

Re: Update on injectors

The hot tip about cleaned stock injectors is that they tend to stick a bit after cleaning and sitting a while. The best way do do it is to install them and run the car the same day. Before installing...
