Default Lateral Accelerometer

I am looking for the above part. It is part of the ABS system and is located behind the radio in the dash. Must be in good working order.

John, remove your stereo head unit and it's mounted to the console with two screws. Put it in your hand. You should feel the pendulum swing back in forth on the inside. If it doesn't, whack it against your hand to free it.

Thanks for the info Jeff. I will try that.

Just in case, 65ZR1, how much?

Kb7tif, you here in Vegas? The heat has been a bit much. If you need help with the Watsons, give me a call.

Is this unit "below" the radio? According to the SM it is below not behind the radio. I do not see why you need to remove the radio unit. I also am still looking for one of these.

John, it does sit below the radio, but access to the area is tight.
