Default GPS

Anyone have a problem with their GPS working. Mine didn't successfully acquire the satellite signal. Guess it's the windshield?

Windshield blocks it out. Route the sensor to the hatch area or the cutout.

On my 1996 vette the GPS works fine with the antenna centered on the dash, but on the 1993 ZR-1 I had to move the antenna to the windshield coating cutout to get good reception.

hadi, do you still have the original WS in your car? I'm thinking not. The stock WS blocks quite a bit of singles coming through. Easy pass, garage door openers, gps, ect

I had problems getting a good Sirius signal (sat signal same concept) it kept cutting in and out on the dash I suspect due to the windshield. had to route it up the halo to the hatch area as well. GG
