I'd like the horsepower, but I can't say the design looks that great. OK I'm biased, but the LT-5 looks a whole lot more interesting.

I love the SC setup with the intercooler location wise...Yep, lots power to but appearance wise...Plastic.....blah. I like owning a car thats fun to pop the hood and show your stuff off, personalize, etc. Oh well, at least its fast.
Wonder how many dimwits are going to store these away in their garages with no miles on them this time around.

I had my 90 ZR-1 at one of the Chevy dealers the other day for regular service (oil change and coolant flush and change). There was a new ZO6 in line in front of me. When I popped my hood, guess whose car everyone congregated around? Hint-it wasn't the new ZO6!!
The dealer I take it to has a mech that was trained on the ZR-1 back in the day. They also sponser the local vett club.

I asked at Bill Heard, but the guys at the parts counter acted like they'd never heard of a zr1 specialist. Can you give me the guy's name in a PM? Heh, they even sold me gaskets for a L98 plenum for my ZR1, after looking in the book for the right part number.

Ken, I sent you a PM with the mech's name. The parts guys rarely see ZR-1 stuff. I always have the part number if I request something from them. I still reiterate to the corvette service writer that this is a ZR-1!
