Default Interior rattle

Has anyone ever experienced a rattle from within the Z's interior? I'm picking up a slightly annoying rattle on bumps or uneven pavement. It sounds as if it's coming from the passenger side dash, door, windshield, or roof area. I have checked every possible nut, screw, and bolt that is accessible from the interior of the car and have found nothing. My next step was to start removing the passenger door panel and dash pieces, but I wanted to check here first. Thanks in advance.

Mine is pretty good in the rattle department. Worst rattle I get is when I don't have the roof screws tight.

Any grease on the hood pins? Mine had a couple that sounded like they came from anywhere but there. Turns out, that's where they came from.

I had a rattle develop in my Z over the winter. Sounded like something heavy rattling around in the glove box, but nothing was in there. I finally noticed when I had the hood raised that the rubber bumber stop on the right side had worn through. I rotated it 1/4 turn so the hood was resting on fresh rubber, greased it up, and no more rattle. I learned this trick from an old Olds 442 I used to own that had the exact same rattle. Hope this helps.

Whenever I put another C4 in the stable I completely take the dash apart and wrap every wire and connector with felt / use felt in every contact zone and torgue every screw and put rubber windshield tape on every metal clip, make a world of difference but not for the dash inexperienced. A common rattle on the passenger side of late c4 is the center of the passenger ac vent . Is if exactly flush with the dash pad all the way around or has it warped up? Also door lock rod is a common rattle.
If you have a fact service manual if has a lot of good sound repair section.
