In reading how the 94s and 95s got Velcro and foam pieces added to the interior to reduce squeaks and rattles, I was curious if anyone had ever posted a list of where all these pieces went. Has anyone managed to make all the changes the factory did?

I am not sure if factory shared this secret in detail with the consumer. For one, passenger side door panel that butts up against the dash board went from a screw in early door panels to a Velcro in 94 & 95 - not exactly an improvement.
Never dissected early and later cars side by side but I noticed some Velcros under the dash in later cars. in my opinion, large part of reduced NVH for later cars came from softening of the springs. |
