Default Throttle cable attachment

I'm putting my top end back together after porting. Anyone have any tips or tricks for attaching the throttle cables to the throttle body?
Thanks
Matt

My experience is to start with the innermost one first. I held the TB open with my left hand and inserted the cable through the slot (it will require you to insert the cable at about 10:00 position) then allowed the TB to roll closed slowly making sure the cable stays in with my right hand. Same drill for the outer cable which is much easier since the spring pressure isn't as great..

Since I'm still a ZR-1 nu-bee, are there throttle cable differences between 90-91 and 92-95?

I just finished injector and coil replacements and my 92 only has one throttle cable going to the throttle body (in the inner groove).

I marked my throttle cables with masking tape before I removed them so I could easily find the proper location for them. Just a thought for the future.

90-91 have both throttle and Cruise control cables going tot he throttle body.. in 92 with ASR, those cables go to the ASR module, then one cable to the throttle body

I think 90-91 has one cable from the pedal to the TB and another cable between the cruise control servo to TB - two cables at TB.

Later cars has a cable from pedal to ASR motor and a cable from cruise control servo to ASR motor and a cable from ASR motor to TB - one cable at TB.

Thanks. Yes, 2 cables to the ASR module.
