Default How to adjust wiper arms?

Does anyone know of a vid or written procedure on how to adjust wiper arms on our C4s?
Mine is a '91. My wiper arm assemblies were kinda sloppy and the washer nozzles were broke off. I purchased new arm assemblies and the LH arm parks with about a 1" interference with the parking ramp. I obviously have not run them this way.
There has to be a way to adjust the park position of the arms?

I'd think the first thing to confirm on your 'new' arms is that they're correct for the car. This would be easiest confirmation I'd think, '94 and earlier arms would have 3/16 pins for the blades and if you were sold '95+ arms the pins would be 1/4. This would create an issue very likely.

Were these NOS arms or just 'new to you'?

The 8E section of the FSM should provide help if you've got correct arms and still have issues. I've never had the arms off of my car but I've done many GM's which are all same/similar with no issues.

This might be an interesting read with your situation.

The RH arm is aftermarket (GM was discontinued) the LH is GM dealer part (this is the one with the problem).
They both have the bend at the end like the new style.

Paul Workman called, he said that there is a little adjustment in the 3 torx screws that attach the pivot post. I tried this first since it was the easiest/quickest to try. That worked perfectly, there was enough adjustment to rotate the post to where I needed it to go.
Thanks Paul!
