Default First ZR1 Speeding Ticet

Well I got my first ZR1 Speeding ticket-- and it was not even a remarkable one.

44 in a 30... Just pulled away from a stop sign. I hardly gave it any gas. I figured my first would be like "104 in an 85" or something that sounded cool. I might as well have been driving a minivan.

200 bucks and even my Military ID did not help.

I don't think mustang driveshafts have a prayer of spinning at 208 mph...

Anyhow, does your car have a catback exhaust yet? I have been popped twice and both times it was basically because the car was super loud and just asking to be pulled over.

Secondly, I never go anywhere without a radar detector as they are great for sniffing out revenue traps for when you are going 10-15 mph over. It is sort of the cost of doing business when you have a fast car. It is just going to happen sometimes.

I have a radar detector but not mounted yet. Any place that makes sense and is discrete?

I'm not into wire dangling and prefer a clean look.
