Looking at a 94 #0198 - ZR-1 Net Registry Forums

Some know me from the corvetteforum, same name , races a 96 GS. Went and looked at a 94 on lunch the other day. Vin 1G1YZ22J9R5800198.
Any info on it? Pretty clean black on black, 22 or 24000 on it. First owner it sat for 2-3 years with under 200 miles. Overall for a 22 year old car everything looks stock except for a power effects cat back. Still has the original tires ( first thing replaced)! Weather strip very slight cracks,windshield slight delam on upper corners engine slight discolor on plenum and covers. Going back Sat morning to look at better and drive, and hope to make a offer if it all works out.

If you still have the original tires, there's a good chance you can sell them to someone harboring an NCRS garage queen.

Thanks, I've always wanted one and have been looking around off and on over the years. I was thinking of going the NCRS route with it, but I don't know if I'd have the patience to research all that. I have a set of 4.10's and a B&M shifter from the GS when it was a stick that have been sitting in the attic for awhile..

Let me know if u want to sell the 4.10s or swap for 3.73s. The ZRs are made to drive. The heck w the NCRS STUFF.

How does the 94 Z compare to your Grand Sport performance wise? I know your GS is way modded, just curious..

My 91 Z I purchased in Nov of 2014....Did some nice mods but it's the first C-4 I have owned and driven.....I have my C-3 convertible for the past 14 years..Best of luck with the Z.......Looks great in black...
