Default Mid Engine Corvette Supercar Pics

http://www.caranddriver.com/news/exc...st-photos-news

I would think that the car pictured is just a "mule" and the real thing will look completely different.

We all knew that a mid engine Corvette was just a matter of time.

Yes,

Now that GM knows they can sell 120k cars, which was proven with the 09-13 ZR1 and now the new Z06.

A market following that can pay 120k for those cars will most certainly have the ability to shell out 200k for the American Super Car!

It's long overdue for America to take the reins of of the Super Car world!

Unless I am mistaken, that is a Holden UTE; which is a what the GTO platform was based on...so its just a body from an existing GM Product not the ZR-1

Yeah, like 60 years Frank. This time it looks like they may actually do it.
The Holden UTE helps w 4WD, plus the bed provides a spot for the motor mounted midship.

They've known that since Ford sold the $160k GT. Although, the GT was not a version of another car. If it's true what the word is about another GT in 2016 wouldn't it be great if these 2 beasts hit the market at the same time?

That clearly has a C7 Corvette Dash, Roof, and A pillar design. The front number is of the G8 Holden Variety, as is the rear from the UTE. I think the Holden body panels are covering the mastery underneath.
