Default bore sizes of the tensioner housings

we are getting to the end of the timing of the cams .found that trying to put in the right side tensioner was really hard . are the bore sizes of the tensioner body different on the left and right ? are we doing something wrong /.??????

Yes, they are different bore diameters

LH and RH Chain Tensioners are completely different including the Housing.
