I got what appears to be a nice one for my Z from MidAmerica. The ZR-1 is a little bit longer than the base model, so I'm thinking a base model might be a better fit for a lowered car. And, too - I spoze you can always trim it if needed - no biggie.

'91+ deflectors are a "single height" all models. Only '90 and earlier offered different height deflectors for various option packages.

Will the 90 air dams fit a 91-95 Z?

When I had my C5 there was a guy in the Corvette Forum that sold "Fat Daddy's" and "Fat Momma's" that were very sturdy Grade 8 bolts with heavy duty casters...Daddy's were 1 caster, Momma's were 2. They did an excellent job protective the front air dam on my lowered ride. His website was CCA ( custom corvette parts) I believe...think his name was Chip also. Not sure if they were produced for the C4's.

The last two I ordered from Ecklers was junk and the center is bowed. The reason for ordering the second is the first center piece cracked overnight due to poor mold quality around the holes, called Ecklers and asked them to check the mold pins. never received a response. I just paid 200 for an NOS part with a date of 1990. It will be installed as soon as the weathers warms.

I cant speak for Mid America, Corvette Central, or other major vendors.

I have been running M1 Prowler - a one piece polyurethane spoiler.M1 is quite thicker then OEM piece. I drilled a hole on the lower lip at the pointed end and bolted a 8 mm (I think...) hex so that when I hit the pavement going over driveway/road bolt head would hit the pavement. This averts about 70% of the lip taking the damage. Apart from some scraping which I sand and paint (satin black bumper paint) once or twice a year, this piece can take hits without falling apart.
Check Corvette Central.
