Hello you lucky members who live east of the Mississippi. re: close to NCM, Bowling Green, etc.
I live in Washington and am interested in securing signatures on my presentation box/window sticker/plenum, from folks like Dave McLellan, Tommy Morrison and any of the 8 drivers, Roy Midgley, etc. Because I live so far away, this next year will be probably my only long "corvette trek east", so my question is: which of these events would I be most likely to be able to talk to any of these zr-1 historic folks in 2014. (1) The May netregistary gather, (2) the 20th NCM anniversary on labor day, or (3) Corvettes at Carlisle? Or am I missing something?

I would say if you could postpone your trip until 2015. It will be the 25th Anniversary of the ZR-1. I am sure it is going to be a no holds barred event.

I considered waiting because I will be fully retired and it will be easier to be gone like for two weeks. Is the netregistrary making 25th anniversary plans, or NCM? Would be great to schedule a visit to Stillwater and Ft. Stockton as part of the event. Would also be great to try to have folks attend who worked on the LT5 and also Tommy Morrison and the drivers! I am already excited!!! Thanks for the suggestion.
