Top Speed runs in your Z
Without disclosing the location of your event, Texas Mile, Big Bend open road racing, Silver State Classic, whereever.... there are several places and opportunities that allow for a heavy foot to rest in the WOT position for a long time.
For me, I was very excited when I hit 172. So much more left to go. Just 8 more miles and my life could have finally began : ) "Life begins at 180mph". |

I hit 176 in MT between Billings and Butte in 97.
I decided to wait for 180 when I had a helmet, roll cage and suit.
