Default Alas it is done>>>

Bittersweet day as I said good bye to my red ZR-1...

Passport Transport came by and picked up the Z and is now headed to Blue Marlin Motors in Stuart Florida

Now, I look at this empty spot and I truly thought of the 1995 article 'Requiem for a Heavy Weight [BYE-BYE to the Beast)'

I hope the Z finds a new home with someone who can appreciate this fine car. I will be hanging around with you all...just the guy with 'that blue C6'

Michael

She looks well cared for.
Good job.

At least you have an old C6. They were good cars.
The C7 pushes it down the stack of history.

Michael,

Nothing is forever. At least you sold her. I sent my first Z to the junk yard.
Hope to see you out at the Cars and Coffee soon.

I don't know why, but I hate it/get sad when people sell their cars. I guess I get attached, hate change, or insert psychoanalytical reason here.

Wow Michael...our two cars VIN #'s were so close, I feel as though my car lost it's brother. Well, I guess everyone moves on, hope to see you at cars and coffee before you leave for FL.
