My car ran 14.9 @ 91 MPH on a G-tech SS. 19K miles, secondary ports clogged with carbon and funky residue. Just a hair slower than my Toyota Scion family getter. I expect better performance now that the heads are cleaned & ported. Now if it will only start.....

it was larry merow's car, pulled 11.47 @ 127 potential for lots more, a hard car to hook up.
car will have a very detailed write up with pics coming right up!!! see past Corvette Enthusiast Mag, and future ZR1 Net Reg. the LSV did some serious rockin today. just bough some hoosier drag radials. score hoosiers 1, mcleod clutch 0 it broke 1/3 of the clutch material off one side and I had to limp back from bg tail between my legs. car pulled 121 even with a slipping clutch!!! the zr1 is more of a top end bomber than a drag car. for that I have an alcny vette, a nice c3 bb chevy with a flyin toilet. car is finally going to get out there this summer. cya!! ![]() |

Well let me know when you go, maybe I can meet you at the track sometime. Mason Dixon Dragway in Hagerstown is the closest to me, but I've been out to MIR before, it's not too too far.
I'm not really into dragracing as a spectator, I like to see stockish cars run but that's about it. I guess really I'm not into dragracing, I just like that for a small amount of money I can hammer the gas into the 100's without worrying about hitting anything, getting a ticket, etc. ![]() |
