This request brought to mind a "nearly all inclusive" parts sourcing that for what I use it for has done "very well"! I use it primarily to source NLA parts and for interchanges from OE's to the after-market. For me it's generally a "confirmation" for interchanges.
The basic catalog: http://www.showmetheparts.com/Default.html The brands: http://www.showmetheparts.com/Html/companies.html It eliminates the jumping "site to site" to compare products and applications. It's quite comprehensive and the tools that are part of the tool-bar are very helpful. Generally there's a link to dimensions/attributes etc. Using Lee's first 9613S and using the "attributes" and the "buyers-guide" results it quite convincing that it's not a good choice. Using an OE# in this instance an OE # 10140538 it returns a response "right now". Take the SKF 18992 and insert it and you're now looking at 10 - 12 major brands! The 9449 is confirmed there. The 18992 in the "buyers-guide" displays also 89-96 M/Trans. Ironically the 18992 doesn't display an image and the other choice is a "booted" seal for similar GM applications. I don't believe there's sufficient slip-yoke length to use a "booted" seal for the M6 ZF. It doesn't take long to get "the feel of it"!
