Default Amsoil viscositys

Hi,

I have searched the solutions link and read as much as I can find on the forum and I can only see the Amsoil 10/40 listed as the oil of choice. I have a low miles 90 (34K) and I am considering using Amsoil 5/30. Is this OK to use as well.

Thanks

Don

The Amsoil 10W-40 AMO is 100% what you should use...it has the correct formulation for a higher zinc and phosphorus mix needed for the LT5 engine. You have it right

Here is the link, unless you are planning on driving your Z in the cold stick with the 10-40 high Z.
