Mid America Raceway Park
www.marpark.net I'm pumped, they are building a new drag strip less than an hour from the house....NOW..it's a party MAR...was the first drag strip i attended, both as a spectator and as a racer. It closed about 10 years ago, the property was worth more, than the amount of money they were making with the old track at the time...(it's now part of a golf course) I sure hope this thing happens Last edited by GrayZ; 10-18-2010 at 03:40 PM. |

mar was a great place. It was in terrible condition, not upkept nearly as well, but unlike gateway you could actually pull great 60' times. You had to get hard on the brakes after crossing the line though lol
