Default Emblems Expanded...

Just a short story about Lee & his Emblem project. Ordered some a while ago, maybe a week & a ½ or two ½ weeks ago Lee E-Mailed me asking if I had received yet, told him no but I'd let him know as soon as they arrived. Little while later he E-Mailed again, said nope, not yet Lee. A couple days later he called, said no, not yet buddy...at this point I wasn't too worried but kinda concered, I'm used to things taking a little longer than normal to get up here, Lee said he sent them on Oct. 13th so I was like Hhmmm . Told him to give it a few more days...well nothing came, strange part is Lee sent them in two (2) packages & neither one showed up, which I didn't know until he called. Again at this point I never contacted Lee once, was always him getting a hold of me. Finally Lee E-Mailed me & said this is B.S., I'm sending out another set to you FedEx! I was like um....O.K., well he sent them & told me it was $33.00 U.S., so I was like no problem I'll square up with you for the extra shipping, only seemed fair to me , He wouldn't take any money!! So just wanted everybody to know the kind of guy we're dealing with here, not only did he go out on a limb to get these things made for us, he makes damn sure we get them . Got mine today via. FedEx . Thanks for everything Lee .

While you can't expect that type of "customer service" from every business, it sure is nice when you run into someone that deals with people that way. It must be something in the Chicago area water because my experience dealing with Marc Haibeck was similar.

Great job Lee!

It's great to know we have that kind of service available to us. Jerry Downey provides the same quality products and service. If everyone in this country gave the kind of service these guys do, we would have no reason to shop anywhere else.

Marc is a class act aas well. Never to busy to answer the phone and take care of us. He always answers emails late at night too.

Kudos to you guys, thanks a million.

Ryan

Mine had not arrived after a couple of weeks and Lee contacted me to see if mine had made it to Canada as yours had not. Mine showed up the next day, so I'm not sure what happened to yours, but at least we know Canada Post will deliver them! Lee made me the same offer regarding FED-EX. Luckily it wasn't necessary.

The emblems look fantastic and dealing with Lee was great. Once I get the car back from the shop (found a used tranny instead of repairing my syncros), if it's not too cold I'll put the emblems on. Otherwise, it will have to wait until spring.

Good luck with yours!

Mark
