'94 if the "system" is bled you need to start with the "prime pipe" and that needs bled in the L/R storage compartment. It's mentioned "required" when master replaced, reservoir replaced or any time that the level were to be at a point considered extremely low. That's a manual/gravity flow that you let run until there's no air.

PRIME PIPE is master to pump.

Right Rear, left rear, right front and left front is the sequence mentioned for the calipers.

From a '94 FSM.

Prime pipe appears to be on the right side of the pump and might be marked EA. The prime pipe is high on the pump, front and rear are low. It appears that the front pipe on the pump is actually the rear wheels and the rear pipe is actually the front wheels.

A '96 FSM can't be used for references because it's completely different. That's a newer Bosch system. The bleed sequence could be the same but the system is very different.
