Parts that don't exist don't cost much, and the never fail! Jerry sells a new OEM pump and is listed for ~ $176.00 The one on your link sells for $56.xx and says it is "remanufactured". Choices....

Basically if you search for a 2009/ 2008 Chevrolet C4500 Kodiak van or 06 07 Ford F350 6.0 L DieseL vacuum pump they are easy to find with a quick search.
