Not Hats.....

Wait a minute.......if the Topic is Jerry.....Hats Off To Jerry

I could not survive without Jerry .....and that is NO JOKE

That is a very nice Base Ball Cap for sure.......I would look good in that while holding some LT5 bolts.

Say Jerry.....speaking of hats and bolts.....you will receive a Box full of Cam Cover bolts on Monday.....just send me Hats (exactly like below) for whatever you think the Cam Cover Bolts are worth

Me also on the current Hat style (Jerry's)
But I see NO finger smudges on the Hat Bill of your hat that might indicate some original bolt handling or other mechanic work
I have a case of Simple Green Spay bottles and Paper Towel nearby maybe like you do

What a coincidence! just recently I was troubleshooting what seems to me as if the car was choking in addition to a Code 31 (cam sensor). The sensor checked OK but as I was disconnecting the MAP sensor to inspect it, I pulled the vacuum connector to the Fuel Pressure regulator and noticed fuel coming out of it.

Please help me make sense of what's happening to me. What were the symptoms your Z was experiencing? What was the car doing that made you look into the pressure regulator?

Thank you so much!

Fuel coming out of the Vacuum Port on Fuel Pressure Regulator indicates a failure of the "bellows"/valve. Just hard to find a Fuel Pressure Regulator.

I've run into this issue a couple times myself.
Nothing you can do with the failed regulator but replace it with a good one.
Expect we will be seeing more occurances of this failure as the fleet ages.
Hope Jerry is working on a replacment for us before all the stashed OEM spares are used up.

Don't throw the old regulators away. The replacement, when my inventory is gone, will probably be an adjustable rebuilt core.
