I hear ya! I immigrated to Nevada from Kalifornia in 1964. I didn't quite have it as bad as you as most people in Nevada are transplants from somewhere else. Still more immigrants here than natives, but now most are from south of the border.

When people ask me about Cali I tell them that without a doubt it is gorgeous. And the weather is unbeatable. But what kills it is the astronomical cost of living. Hands down. You just get far more for your hard earned dollar in other states. WAY MORE!

Yup. May be without a job by next summer. Hoping to high tail it out of LA
No matter how hard I work or scrape Im always in the poorhouse. Other than weather theres nothing special about this place. Traffic crime and more traffiic. Se habla?

Art since I left Cali my life has only improved. Cali is just not the place to be. It's the place to flee.
