WTB: Mint Ashtray Cover - ZR-1 Net Registry Forums

Does anyone have an ashtray cover in mint condition they want to sell? Mine has a few minor scratches through the rubber coating and I want to replace as I'm considering NCRS judging. I've got another C4 w/ excellent cover, but don't want to swap.

VERY difficult to find...many of us have looking for long time for that part or the whole center console (OEM NOS or perfect condition used). Good Luck

The ashtray cover on my 90 was badly scratched when I bought the car.

I bought the matching trim paint (spray bomb) - removed the cover, carefully sanded and prepped. After repaint it looks 100% - I don't believe any judge would ever be able to tell.

I painted one of these for a forum member,he was happy with it.Ive got some paint I had mixed up for the interior,send it to me and pay all shipping and Ill paint it no charge.

The rubbery coating is called 'Dulso'.

I don't know what I was thinking...probably my M3 which has the rubber coating. My ZR-1 is just paint w/o coating.
