As some of you know, my daily driver is a caddy xlr. well, with living in the country, taking care of 4 acres, and owning a bar and restaurant, i'm always needing a pickup truck, i'm sad to say, i'm trading her in on a new ext cab

You bought it used, right? Hopefully, because the depreciation on those cars is unbelievable. Any pictures of it before it goes?

Yeah but you'll get so much more use outta the truck than the car. I almost bought an 07 BMW530i until I came across this 03 Eddie Bauer Expedition with 95Kmiles for $10K. It's fully loaded and drives awesome. I love it. I can trailor and haul my ZR-1 to BG and take the whole family in that thing. Can't do that with a car.

The Caddi I drive also has the north star in it. That thing hauls the mail.

How was it as a DD? My better half has indicated she might be open to an XLR but I had heard there were some issues w/ some of them....any truth to that or was yours pretty solid &/or low maint?

Yeah, I'd be interested to hear how you liked it too. It's like an STS and a 'vette put together, and the sticker price wasn't far off from that either! I've always thought they were neat, but would love to hear what one was like to live with.
