They have been banned.
There are several ways to report spamming via PM's. One of course is to start a thread like this. Another is to send a PM to us which several have also done. Either is acceptable, but the best method is to hit the report icon in the upper right hand section of the PM and we will get a notification just like we do with reported posts.
