What is the fastest you have all had your ZR-1's up to?
I would be interested to know how brave you all are ;-), and what a realistic "non perfect conditions" top speed for the car is.Brett

159... Yeah Frank I know I gotta get a pair myself. :P It wasn't the speed, but how fast it got there that surprised me. I managed 145.8 in 4th on the Dyno at 6930 rpm's. They do alright for an old car.

Just got my '90 last Friday, 14 may.
 On Sunday, I hit the Autobahn (I live in Germany) and did 150mph before I ran up on some traffic and had to slow down. |

top speed
So far I had her upto 135MPH, I only slowed beacuse the road was starting to curve. I just have to say, the ZR1 is awsome at that speed and begs to be driven fast.

Hi I'm John Magyar from Australia, and last easter on a closed test track(4.5 klm oval -banked) I had my 91 ZR-1 upto 285 klph in just over 3.5 klm. :!: :lol:

G'day from down under! My post finally got through! I had attempted a few times before without success. I have a in car shot on my second run which you see 279 on the speedo and moments later an excited cry 280!!!For the final run I didn't have the luxury to lift off so it was flat chat . It took approx. 1.23 min. to get there and 3.5klm. Thanks for your kind words Z FACTOR cya JOHN.
