As beautiful as it is, it doesn't look like it's designed to bolt on to a LT5's heads.

Would be peaky as hell with no common plenum & a very narrow power curve.

I like that tall manifold, except for the fact it would stick out through the hood, but it would make changing anything under the plenum a breeze.
