long time no type.
I have just been too busy with life, im sure you all know how that is. I have a question though,... What is in the right rear of the car, little black canister, hidden in the body work. Anything else other than that in the right rear that is important? ![]() Thanks fellas. |

Charcoal cannister for the EVAP system. Was moved there in the 91 models. In 90 it was in the drivers side nose area.

Thanks wadsie, you kick ***. Thanks Jeff,.... If that canister was bye bye what would happen. Basically I have no freakin clue what the junk a charcoal canister would be used for... I do know from my military experience that charcoal has micro absorbent proporties and is used to chemically purify certain mediums... Oh wait, EVAP,... Does this have to do with escaped / excess gas "fumes" and such? Lemme guess, its supposed to prevent leakage of whatever excess fuel by nuetralizing the toxins with charcoal? So its a glorified commie can / tree hugger bucket? I could be way off, just my mind trying to make sense of it. If im any bit close to being right I garuantee the Peoples Republik of Kalifornia was responsible. haha, who the FVCK would want to live in that state? I mean come on, really. |
