The bid is currently at $39.1k with a buy it now of $45,678.90!!! Is this car rare enough to command that price? Quess I 'll have to wait 8 and 1/2 days to see. Beautiful car with 7600 miles. Sounds like its a museum piece from the ad. Probably would have alot of things to worry about.... from long term storage. |

Way too rich for my pocket book!!
You might be right if you want to use the car! I know my 90 had only 8200 on it when I got it and when I asked all the parts to come back from their 15 yr vacation...boy was there a revolt! ![]() My entire hyd sys for the clutch was junk in no time.

Just got back home and when I checked , this car sold at "the buy it now" price of $45,678.90.
I think that's about the highest I've ever seen a ZR-1 go for on EBAY. Either the seller got real lucky or the buyer wanted that ruby red real bad. Hey maybe all ZR-1 prices are really gonna start moving north. |

If everyone started to ask more for these cars...the value goes up!

I was luck and the right place at the right time. That car was a great example of a zr. Im searching and have been searching for the perfect car to buy. Money is not an issue. The issue is most cars I looked at are not what they where said to be. I would have no problem spending 45 to 60k for a perfect car. The fact is there are not many around. Trust me Im looking high and low! Most cars on Ebay are low end examples.
Most guys think they have gold but in reality they have an average car that has been hammered. Ray |

I don't car for the Ruby Red either but I am glad someone paid good $ for it. Let the prices rise (after Ray gets his) I have had mine for a month and would want more than I paid for it.
