can anyone tell me how to reattach the rear window defogger wire to the glass? i can`t imagine how i`d do it. also, i`ve allready removed the ltpws sensor from the right front. going to remove the rest as i replace tires. now the ltpws and the low pressure light comes on. would there be a problem if i just removed the bulbs? i think not but just asking......thanks in advance..............richard.........

Hi Guys, GM has a repair kit for the grid lines if they break. P/N 1052858. The stuff is in section 10-2-7 of the helm. I've been told by a body guy I knew that if the wire just separates from the glass but is not broken a little of that rear viev mirror glue can be used to reattach it to the glass.
Richard, take out the bulbs in the DIC. That's what most people do if they abandon the LTPWS. I think that is the most common alteration, to remove anything else like the reciever is fairly complicated. ![]() Tom
