Took the rims to the tire shop today, had them swapping the tires from the saw blades to the Dymags. Got there to pick them up and they told me one of the fronts had a bend. My first thought, why the hell didn't you call me, well $140 later I have 3 good dymags, and one with a slight bend. They told me it still balanced, but I cannot imagine its going to feel good at 50-60 or 120 mph.
I know they can striaghten magnesium rims, is it different than the luminum process? This blows, well at least it didn't happen the week before Bloomington Gold, oh wait it did! ![]() LGAFF ZR-1 #234 PS spacers didn't get here either, got caught up in a storm in Chicago area, so no delivery. 64mm wheels are in though. |

Lee, anytime I get a used rim I spin it up. Most people can not see a slight bend or feel it. But at speed it is very noticeable.
