I still remember the first time I saw that car, all I could say was 'wow'. I'd live to have that in my garage

I 've got a great article from Sports Car international, about 5 pages on the snake skinner, and just got two Motor Trends from 92/93 that highlight the snake skinner. Will have to find way to post the articles.

Are they about the original Snake Skinner (like at museum & in Zfactor's link) or one of those later custom jobs like the one Morrison did in my post. Incidently, your #234, '92 ZR-1 is close to the one in my post. It's '92 #151, only 92 before yours was rolling off the line! |

They are about the original, one pic even has the snake skinner w/dymag IIs on the car. The Sports Car International is right after development, the engine is still silver and not black krinkle. Also an article on the ZR-12, Nitrous ZR-1, ZR-1 Spyer, ZR2, and some Rippie Cars(LT-1). Great article and some good color pics.
I have 12-15 mags from the 89-92 that cover the Z. LGAFF 92 ZR1 #234 |
