End of the Season?
Here in Alaska, I don't drive my Vette from Nov. 1 to April. 1, and carry a Seasonal Use Only Tag. For one, the roads are slick and it wouldn't be worth the risk, and this way I can suspend liability coverage, and not be required to have or pay for an Emissions Test. So On April 1, I got to drive the car for the first time this year. On the 5th I awoke to this:
Then on the 6th it looked like this: Doh! The Z is back in the garage.

Re: End of the Season?
Oh man, my car just shivered when I looked at these pictures! Me, I just cringed when I saw them.....oh, my car is in a garage 5 miles away!
If it did that now, here in metro/NYC, I'd be cussin'. I'm ready for the drivin' season to start! Hope you get some drivin' weather soon, so you can play with your toy!

BUT, I'd also freak out if we had another snow storm here in Illinois. I guess that's why I don't live in Alaska!

A fellow C3VR member drove his '76 through the early part of that storm down to the harbor for loading onto a container ship. It was the beginning of his trek to Hot Springs, AR for the 2008 C3VR Members Gathering. Needless to say he wasn't too happy about it.

Re: End of the Season?
The '90 Bird is my all year "pretty good weather" car. Our all year any kind of weather car is our AWD 2005 Subaru Legacy GT 2.5 Limited. It's turbo charged and will really give the Z a run for it's money if I don't turn the power key on... and I unplug a couple of spark plug wires! Seriously though the ru will go through any amount of snow, sleet, rain, hail or dark of night. They should use them for mail delivery.
