double ck your u joints could be a flat bearing in one of them.did one of the caps fall off during instalation. 2 you want to be very carefull getting on it with geasable u-joints they are alot weaker due to the zerk fitting . if it were me id chuck those and get the best ones i could find without zek fittings .

This might be a silly question.
Did you tighten the differantial C-beam long bolts and the transmission
C-beam bolts.

Just an update, this is what I sent Frank in a email.

Also the gear set could be set up incorrectly. Lots of possible factors, and it sucks inspecting the rear end as everything must come out.

It thought that it had found the problem in the U-Joint of drive shaft that according to indicated the mechanic to me had movement.

I bought another U-Joint without greasable, when we removed it and we changed, seemed to me that it did not have any problem.

I took to balance propeller shaft and turned out after to them to have indicated the model of the car could not by lack of supports.

I returned to mount without making the balance and with the new U-Joint and follow with he himself problem.

I explained the problem to the mechanic of my GMC 4X4 Jimmy.

It indicated to me to control halft shaft that the U-Joint greasable was to 180 Degrees.

Controlling I have seen that those of the right are to 180º of another one. but those of the single left are to 90º.

It could be the cause?

Some reference?
