In final stage of cleanup of the last corner before caliper install. I found a nice brake rotor hub cleanup kit on amazon (a bit pricey at $40, but it does the job around the wheel studs very efficiently), it makes short work of rust and high spots on the hub. I supplemented it with a $10 brush wheel kit from Autozone, then stud thread cleanup with a soft brush wheel on a dremel. About 15 min of work per wheel.
