Last time I had the car out, when I got home I noticed my rear "corvette" badge between the tail lights half detached. The old adhesive is fossilized of course, and I'm quickly losing hope on an easy way to remove the old adhesive from the paint.
I removed the badge without difficulty (you do have to be cautious, as the badge is thin in some spots, and can bend and twist), and cleaned up the back easily with a dremel and a little hand sanding. Now the hard part. Tried wd40, and goo gone, forget it, that stuff is ON there. Thinking of taping the area off and going at it with a razor blade, a little at a time, but if there are better ideas, would love to know about them.
