There were glitches with the site causing board members to not receive emails when forum members would reach out through the site. Long-term we are looking at completely re-doing/modernizing the forum but in the meantime we are working on fixing any glitches.

UPDATE: If you send a message via the Forum through Contact, we are now getting those emails

Kudos to the volunteers who help keep this site, the registry and the legend alive. It will be great for the site to get updated especially just for the comms links to work for those members who don?t personally know the board members and have alternative ways to communicate.

I can attest that whenever I have noticed a call for help get posted and not answered quickly, whenever I forward the threads directly then those board members jump into the thread immediately. It?s a great group and if you?re able to come out to the gathering you?ll meet many in person and add them to your own Rolodex as well.

well i run a car club here on the west coast and we have probably most the ZR1's on the north west coast accounted for but few are willing to post on here because of the problems. maybe my club should start a competing page ? thoughts?

Frankly, the last thing we need are more websites and more social media pages for the ZR-1. It's best we consolidate all of our efforts.

We understand everyone's frustrations with the current forum. It's going to take A LOT of work to modernize it. Even the corvetteforum is behind on the times and the tech.

Now, if you have are tech saavy and want to contribute to our efforts here, please fee free to DM me and we can try and work something out.

I just wanted to thank Zack Brinkmeier for the phone call yesterday. Zack explained everything and I am very excited that he is part of this board. Looking forward to an even better registry in the future.

Now that post deserves a "Thumbs Up" or a "Like", if we could only post one on this forum. But alas, we can't. So here's looking forward to an improved website the future. --Bob

Zack, I put together the current website several years ago, and agree it could use an update. It's was a long time back and the technology has moved on somewhat, but if I can help in any way I'm glad to. Preserving the information on the forum is going to be a tough job and was an issue even back then.
Thanks for stepping up.
