Default Media blasted ported IHs

Pics of IH and Airhorn after porting and media blasting. Gettting ready for head port match and final paint.

It was ported to match the 64mm TB. Lgaff and I measured our TBs and they are 64 not 63mm. I don't have pics of the plenum. Getting a couple of holes welded. You know what they say. "You're not grinding enough unless you punch through a few places on the plenum." Casting is inconsistent in its thickness. But it should be good to go soon.

Here is a photo of my IH to Plenum port match; may still need some smoothing of the IH runner, and plenum.

First pic is secondary and 2nd pic is primary 35MM ball drops all the way through from IH/Head surface into the plenum.
