Sorry, didn't mean to imply you were asking too much for the piece - certainly worth it, just can't justify it for a trial setup that I'm not sure I'll be keeping.

Most of the sound control in the Corsa setup is in the mufflers, while I would guess that comparing only the resonators, the Borla-type resonator is a touch quieter (I have a 2.75" challenge system sitting on the shelf here). It's straight-through also but combines both banks into a single chamber with 3 perforated tubes.
