Anyone know about what the book time should be for swapping the springs?

I don?t know about book time but rear may be 30 to 45 minutes. Front? Got to remove wheels, compress the spring, remove lower A arms, unbolt spring to K member (I think), wiggle the spring out. Maybe 6 hours? I probably missed a few things...

So I should at least get a new set of lower A arm bushings if we have it that far apart.

Any other bushings to do while we are in there? I hate removing and replacing parts that are, or likely will, go bad soon.
