Default Help me with a possible imaginary problem...1990

So, I am basically done with my two year restoration. Alignment tomorrow, a few final squeeks and rattles and replacing the new Airtex pump with Lingenfelter pump. This past week I finished the exhaust, full custom with free flowing resonators have to take it back for a small exhaust leak that need a small tack weld. This is after new OBX headers...car has been running PEEERFECT and still is, I drove it to the exhaust shop with only headers and it was hard to get traction in first two gears, other changes was only updated Haibeck calibration. Car is in test mode, drove it another 100 miles today, no codes, idles smooth as butter, melts the tires in 1st but maybe I feel a slight decrease in upper rpm power...it has plenty trust me, but maybe expecting more with the mods, but it seems on par or may 20hp less than before the new calibration and exhaust. Exhaust is as free flowing as can be. I thought, but I was listening hard that I might have had a miss in upper RPM;'s in third. Not sure. I did an inj balance test...all passed, secondary vacuum verified working (holds vacuum over 5 minutes) with tech 1 plus seats of the pants test passed. FP1 and FP2 working and hold full psi. Pulled each plug wire, all change idle as expected. There is no current code, had a 54 (maybe 44) for left bank lean but I think this was from the trip to exhaust shop with headers only. Cleared and didn't come back. New injectors, wires were ohm'd with one replaced with same NOS numbered and lettered wire. I STUPIDY did not change the coils when under the plenum twice, they were less than 3k miles on the coils. I removed the A.I.R exhaust pump and fixed the vacuum. I am going to swap proms for the heck of it and drive it with stock calibration installed for a test. The car is perfect and there may not need a thing done to it, it will burn the the tires all the way through first from a roll on, Idle will balance a nicked on the plenum. I don't want to pull the plenum again, is there a way I can check coils and plug wires with plenum on. Also, from day one, I hear a clicking noise around plus 2/4 cylinders area that I think is the solenoid from under the plenum and not spark arc. I have done the water spray test in dark...all good. I think I have a perfect Z and picking it to death at this point. I did a datacat record of todays test drive that I may send to Marc H. I may take it to the Dyno this week, guess that would tell me if it is me. With my mods I expect 375 to wheel wheel and goal is 400. I used to have an old BEAR HUGE diagnostic machine that would record snap KV on a car but don't how to do that with current technology. Thoughts appreciated!

You could try shutting it down at WOT/high RPM and then read the plugs. That would be most easily done on a dyno though. Have you tried ohm testing the injectors from the ECM? Just taking shots in the dark here because it's quite possible you don't really have a problem at all.

I am having the car aligned this morning, it was already scheduled, I have access to a Dyno that I may put it on to see my numbers. I did a DataCat recorded drive yesterday and it showed a continuous knock count STEADY at 81 through the entire drive, no change. But when I drove it to the alignment shop today, zero knock count for the entire drive (on Tech1a). I did replace the knock sensor over the summer and may not have out the correct one for the 90 model in, I need to double check that. I am going to pull the plugs as well.
