If they were the ones who looked up the number, they should give you your money back. You asked for plenum gaskets for your car, which is not what they sold you.

Edit: or did you just get the number from them, but buy elsewhere?

At my local Chevy dealer all "special order" parts (i.e. anything they don't stock) must be paid for in advance, including shipping, and it is NOT REFUNDABLE nor returnable, even if they made the mistake and order the wrong part. Don't ask how I found out about this "policy".
Needless to say, I do very little business with their parts department, even if I know they have the part in stock and we have 4 Chevys (2 Vettes, Tahoe, and S10 truck).
